Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team. Refunds are calculated based on how far in advance you cancel, measured from your scheduled check-in time.

How to cancel

Log in to your account, go to your dashboard, find the booking under Upcoming, and click Cancel. You will see the exact refund amount before confirming.

Refund processing

For paid bookings, eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation. For bank transfers, processing may take slightly longer.

Special circumstances

If you need to cancel due to an emergency or unusual circumstance outside these windows, please contact us. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

No-shows

Guests who do not arrive by the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. No-show bookings are non-refundable.
